£1m+ valuation achieved by SHEDyt

With an initial pre-seed investment of £25k as part of a larger £150k SEIS seed round raised through team members, angels and friends, the SHEDyt application is ready to move onto its second build (v2), incorporating an updated category section, a mobile app version and a round of UI/UX design improvements.

The SHEDyt application aims to facilitate property management through its ‘all-in-one’ digital data storage solution, championing the user experience whilst also advocating for a greener and more sustainable business model. This latest investment will be key in supporting that.

In summary, the funds from the investment, in addition to revenues will be used to help build and market the platform; Two-thirds dedicated to developing the application and one-third to running the business.
