NED from MMC joins Team

SHEDyt has hired its first team member from the residential property sector to assist in building a digital property management platform that accurately reflects the needs of the property industry. Before this hire, the majority of contributors to date consisted of creatives, coders and brand builders that conducted most of the research necessary.

The SHEDyt platform aims to capture property data during construction or, ideally, by collating it through a bill of materials provided directly by manufacturers via a BIM (Building Information Management) system to promote sustainability and make the information easily accessible to new homeowners and their interested parties via an easy-to-use app.

"I have a number of years experience owning and working with start-ups and have been focusing on the property development sector, in particular modern methods of construction. I have been keen to explore the PropTech sector, and the opportunity arose at SHEDyt with their innovative solution to the traditional homeowner manual.
