Miller Homes say that their β€˜My Miller Home’ app is the first of its kind by a volume housebuilder. You can read the full article on it here.

Their app is thought to be the first of its kind by a national homebuilder and is aimed at customers who have reserved a plot. Through the app, users can access a wide range of information about their homebuying journey from their smartphones or tablets. This includes updates on the build progress of their home, meeting information, copies of customer signed files, purchase options, demonstration videos, floorplans, essential information and other documents.

At SHEDyt, we are focused on building a platform designed specifically to replace traditional HUGs (Home User Guides) – otherwise known as β€˜home completion manuals’ – which are typically printed by property developers and handed over with the house keys. What makes the platform different is that we’re organising this information against buildings and making it useful for long-term property management, including the warranty period of a new build.
